Employee Rights

Employee Rights Law protects a person who hired for a wage, salary, fee, or payment to perform work for another. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act protect individuals with disabilities from discrimination for employment. The Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) provides information about these laws. However, ODEP does not enforce these laws. If your rights have been violated, you can find an experienced Employee Rights Law lawyer at Rank My Attorney.
